  • Book a quick intro call. If we’re a fit, we begin with our Financial 360 (discovery + advisory) to understand your books and scope your monthly plan.

  • The Financial 360 is a focused discovery and advisory engagement that establishes a clean baseline before any monthly work. Because we don’t yet know your books, systems, or processes—and you may not know exactly what you need—it’s essential that we review first rather than guess. We don’t issue “random” quotes or overextend our team; we limit clients to maintain quality.

    What the $1,000 covers

    • Hands-on review of your accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, M3, Rippling, etc.), reconciliations, and workflows

    • Diagnostics to identify errors, gaps, and opportunities

    • Plain-English findings and a prioritized roadmap

    • A right-sized, predictable monthly quote based on real complexity—not assumptions

    This upfront assessment protects your budget, ensures accuracy, and lets us deliver the best service from day one.

  • No—Financial 360 is discovery/advisory only.

    We don’t yet know the extent of any cleanup, and guessing could lead to misguided quotes and unnecessary costs. You may need very little—or there may be a substantial amount to fix.

    The Financial 360 identifies the exact work required to remedy your situation.

    If cleanup is needed, we’ll provide a clear scope, timeline, and separate cost so there are no surprises

  • It depends on the amount of services, volume and complexity of your business.

    After our Financial 360, we provide a transparent monthly quote.

  • QuickBooks Online is our primary platform, but our team also has extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, Rippling, and M3. Whatever your current system, we can support you.

Catering FAQs

  • We do—so every client gets responsive, personalized service. Many stay with us for years (some for decades).

  • Bring a brief overview of your business, current tools (e.g., QBO, payroll), pain points, and goals. We’ll guide you from there.

  • You’ll receive updated financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, key metrics) plus brief reviews/check-ins. In the normal course of business, we’re are in contact to keep things running smoothly.

    If you prefer or need dedicated touchpoints, we can include them when determining your monthly quote—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly Zoom meetings or phone calls—so you have a set cadence that fits your team.

Web Design FAQs

  • A clean Squarespace build with up to 5 pages (Home + four pages), Squarespace domain & plan setup, Calendly, basic SEO, images with alt text, image/video embeds, social, email routing, and tap-to-call on mobile—plus mobile-responsive design, brand styling, 1 round of revisions, and post-launch follow-up.

  • About 2–3 weeks from kickoff if your content is ready.

  • Your page list, logo/brand assets, copy and images, video/media (or we can help), key links (social, Calendly, email).

  • Yes—Calendly, email routing/newsletter sign-ups, social icons/links, and tap-to-call are included in the package.

  • Most clients provide them. We can walk through the tone and feel you want, and we can supply basic copy if helpful—or you can bring your own. For SEO and authenticity, it’s best to use your original images/media, but we can source stock images as needed.

  • Absolutely—our Continued Care Plan (monthly maintenance) keeps your site updated and healthy, with up to 1 hour/month for content/design tweaks, routine checks, basic SEO touch-ups, and priority support.

Catering FAQs

  • Yes. We can set up Squarespace Store, booking tools, or third-party integrations. We’ll scope it and send a personalized quote.

  • Yes—$109/month for year one when bundled with any web design package (regularly $159/month). After 12 months, it renews at the standard rate.

  • Definitely. We can refresh design, reorganize navigation, tighten SEO basics, and keep your existing content intact—or evolve it.
